Sports Bras & Tops
Support levels explained by activity, not marketing copy.
High-Impact Racerback Sports Bra
Rated for running and HIIT; encapsulation-style cups (separate support per side) generally hold up better than compression-only for higher-impact work.
Check Price on Amazon →Low-Impact Everyday Bra
Pullover compression style for yoga, walking, and low-intensity days — not rated for running, and the listing should say so.
Check Price on Amazon →Longline Sports Bra
Extended hem doubles as light core coverage; a longline cut runs warmer, worth factoring in for summer training.
Check Price on Amazon →Adjustable-Strap Training Tank
Built-in shelf bra with adjustable straps — useful if your fit shifts with the season or you layer under it.
Check Price on Amazon →Men's Compression Base Layer Top
Moisture-wicking base layer for under jackets or alone in the gym; check the fabric weight (gsm) if you run warm.
Check Price on Amazon →Wireless Everyday Bralette
Not built for high-impact training, but a genuinely comfortable recovery-day option many sites don't separate out from 'sports bra.'

What's the actual difference between low, medium, and high impact?
It's about how much the cup construction limits vertical and lateral movement — low-impact styles are simple compression (a single stretchy layer), high-impact styles usually have separate encapsulated cups per side, which controls movement more precisely for running or HIIT.
Does a higher price mean better support?
Not reliably — support comes from construction (encapsulation, band width, strap design) more than price point. A well-reviewed budget option built for high-impact activity will out-perform an expensive low-impact bra used for running.
How do I know if a sports bra actually fits?
The band should be snug enough to do most of the work (not the straps), and you shouldn't be able to fit more than two fingers underneath it. If straps are digging in to stay up, the band size is usually the problem, not the strap length.
